I have lived a looonnnggg and complicated life. I have traveled each and every highway . . . and some byways . . . regrets, sure I have a few, . . . but then again, too few to mention, I've stumbled, and even fallen down . . . but I've always picked myself up . . . and I've always DID IT MY WAY!

I am a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force-Military Police Combat Defense Forces (Viet Nam). I do not support war, but I have the greatest respect for our Men and Women in Uniform and support them all they way. I pray for their safety and safe return to their families.

I retired as Chief Investigator for a prominent Miami (FL) Law firm, specializing in criminal defense.

I am the Co-Author of "DAVID JANSSEN-MY FUGITIVE", co-written with Ellie Janssen, first wife of the late Golden GLobe winner, Emmy Nominated Television and film star, best known for ABC Television's "THE FUGITIVE".

I am currently completing the manuscript for "THE JOCKEY'S JUSTICE" (working title). This is based on an actual case I worked on for the law firm. A very cold case. Can we keep our client from being executed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky?

Next will be "INSANE JUSTICE", also based on a true case I worked on for the law firm. This one is a double-homicide. Our client's guilt could not be challenged, but when is a murder not a murder. That and many other mitigating factors was the foundation of the defense. The State of Florida was seeking the death penaly; the stakes could not have been higher. Did they get it? You'll have to wait until the book comes out in late 2009.

I am happily divorced (I hope my former wife is, I really was not deserving of her in the first place.)

I enjoy fine dining, travel (especially by car); Museums, History, Reading, Nature, the Ocean, Animals, especially German Shepherd Dogs.

I live in Miami, Florida (splitting my time in NYC), with Rico der Hunter III (my faithful German Shepherd Police puppy. He is only 4 years old, and does not like being referred to as a "dog".
